Returns & Exchanges

 

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and health and safety regulations, returns and exchanges are strictly regulated. This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns or exchanges of products purchased from ISLINGTON PHARMA LIMITED.

 

2. Prescription Medications

 

  • Non-Returnable: Prescription medications, once dispensed, cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the product is defective, incorrect (due to our error), or expired at the time of dispensing. This is to ensure patient safety and comply with pharmaceutical laws.
  • Defective/Incorrect Prescription Medications: If you receive a defective, incorrect, or expired prescription medication, please contact us immediately at +44 7365 462894 or aurangzeb5yousaf@outlook.com within 48 hours of receipt. You must return the medication in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, upon confirmation, provide a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

 

3. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products

 

  • Eligibility: Unopened, unused, and unexpired OTC products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Return Process: To return an OTC product, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Clearly mark the RA number on the return package. Return the product to our address: North Road, London, N7 9GL, GB. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product. If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

4. Medical Devices and Equipment

 

  • Return Conditions: Medical devices and equipment may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened, unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customized or personalized devices are non-returnable.
  • Defective Devices: If a medical device is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We may arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the product and warranty terms.

 

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect products. We will exchange the product for the same item, subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, we will offer a refund.

 

6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
